How to set up Location, Timezone, Date & Currency format

Initial configuration

  • How to setup location (locale)
  • How to setup timezone
  • How to setup date format
  • How to setup currency format

Step 1 - File > Settings

By default the settings are set to Australia and Melbourne Timezone.

To change Click on File > Settings

Step 2 - Change Settings

From the drop down list select your new location and timezone

Step 3 - Update date format

  • In the settings sheet, select the date format
  • Under Extensions > GS Invoice > Admin > Update Date Format

Step 4 - Update currency format

  • In the settings sheet, select the currency format
  • Under Extensions > GS Invoice > Admin > Update Currency Format
